PHILADELPHIA, PA (prHWY.com) October 23, 2012 - Pagano's Market at Commerce Square will soon offer a Philadelphia bar happy hour with the expansion of its' 9000 square foot facility. The expanded market will include a 22 seat full service bar with extended hours.

Philadelphia, PA October 2012 - Pagano's Market at Commerce Square has been pleasing the professional palate since late 2008. With the addition of a full bar, Pagano's Market is now Pagano's Market and Bar. Customers will be able to enjoy a cocktail, wine or craft beer at what will soon be known as the best happy hour bar in Philadelphia. Opening this month, the 22 seat bar will offer delicious cocktails created by Philadelphia native Dana Canalichio, famous in the area for her work at Lincoln Financial Field. The bar will also offer an appealing new menu designed by Executive Chef Paul Pagliaro. Pagano's Market and Bar will extend their hours until 10:00 p.m. and will also be open on weekends.

Pagano's Market and Bar's new Philadelphia bar happy hour will complement the large variety of choices available from the bakery, the deli, the salad bar, the pizza oven and the cappuccino bar. Entrees change daily, and whether you are dining in for lunch, or picking up something to take home for dinner, every day there is something new.
Boasting the largest TV screen in the region (20' x 17'), Pagano's Market and Bar includes a spacious courtyard for outdoor dining Philadelphia style. Inside, the eighteen foot ceilings, the chandeliers, the aroma of fine foods, the colors and the buzz of energy makes Pagano's Market and Bar unique in the region. They offer delicious fare in an atmosphere that would otherwise require a trip to Europe. The addition of the Philadelphia bar happy hour will further cement their uniqueness.

As owner and president Matt Pagano puts it, "We've been a solid family-run operation in Philadelphia for over five decades and we're about to take it to another level. There are so many great restaurants in Philly, but no one does exactly what we do. Since 1962, the Pagano family has been serving their loyal customers the finest products available. Opened in 2008, the Commerce Square location is over 9000 square feet and seats just under 200.

Pagano's Market and Bar was originally owned by his father, Jack Pagano has been continuously evolving and has enjoyed several successful locations. Previously open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Pagano's Market has been offering customers breakfast, lunch, and take-out, while their weekend business has consisted of catering both on and off premises, expertly facilitated by catering manager Chuck McCaffrey.
