Why is it said so many times that the food is the enemy, and that if there were not so many simple convenient ways to eat wherever we turn, this nation would not be so overweight. Why do we sit during the day and eat large amounts of food? When I was growing up we had dinner in day and night we 'dined'. Because we believe that eating canned pre-packaged foods that come in boxes even bigger our doorstep are the best tasting and healthy weight loss the cool stuff you can get easily and effortlessly to the thousands of grocery stores in our country? Why is there this obsession more rapid weight loss when you have a long time to crawl on in the first place? What is healthy and being yelled at for inspiration to push harder, go longer, and push the pot to look like someone who has spent their life in fitness and nutrition. What are the success rates for years two, three, five or ten along the way? Why does love company misery in the form of all these reality shows to validate where you are, if you're heavy as opposed to watching shows uplifting that have nothing to do with the food. Food, food, food is a topic of conversation around the world. Poor food. The healthy stuff is just trying to get your attention by showing its colors, flavors, textures and creating, sustaining a healthy life and to promote the healing properties each time you go to a store to buy. Food is one of your best friends of a life of balance and healing! What about gratitude for the food of the food good?
Let go of the emotional feelings that do not serve the purpose of letting go of the weight.
You know the ones where you fall of the wagon and eating out with friends then feel bloated and too full, so beat you up and run the endless circle of emotional guilt that prevents progress in its tracks. Or indulge in a little 'too much here and there, and instead of feeling your way to a better place, you begin the barrage of comments and speeches interior that make your body feel totally disconnected from your emotions so that you turn off , holds and releases stress hormones on it!
What happens if you have reached a place emotionally every day you find a way to emanate peace and comfort with which you and then made food choices from this place, and eat only when you feel emotionally connected with a good thought. Of course this means you have to expand your vocabulary of words when you talk to yourself to include pretty good ones so that it becomes a habit to increase the respect and appreciation for your body and this becomes the expansion in your life rather than your life!
