He Raped His Sister's Baby Girl and Later Poisoned Her

A police from Mtuzuma has a rested a man suspected of raping his sister baby and later poisoned her.

Durban, South Africa (prHWY.com) October 30, 2012 - Richard Sibiya was arrested after being suspected for raping his niece, it is that Richard has been raping niece for quite long time but his arrest was done after his sister known as Zamaswazi was not seeing her daughter and she went to report to police station.

She was later told by the neighbours that they saw her daughter at her brother's house, she later asked the police to release him. Soon after his release she found her daughter being thrown in the abandoned house and seems that she was almost dyeing, she called on the ambulance and with the help of the villager, they managed to take the child at hospital where she got medical assistance and confirmed that she was being poisoned.

After the child was stable, she later told that she last drunk water which was given to her by her uncle.

Zamaswazi said that this was the second time when her daughter disappear and be found at her brother's place, the first time her daughter disappeared and was brought back by her brother at around 10:00 PM.

This was enough evidence for Sibiya to be rearrested and now he is behind bars with the charges of rape and attempted murder, he is waiting to be put after the judge for his charges.
