DPFG has established the Budget Diagnostic Review ("BDR"). The BDR was created to provide you with budget savings recommendations that are in conformance with the best management practices and current market conditions.

The BDR was created to provide you with budget savings recommendations that are in conformance with the best management practices and current market conditions. At the same time, each community should be well maintained and be in harmony with your lot marketing and development program. This approach will combine good property maintenance with smart financial management.

* First Level Budget Review. We will review your CDD budget and recent financials, compare them to comparables and industry standards, and make 5 to 10 budget reduction recommendations that will ultimately save you money. We will discuss these findings and recommendations with you to improve your project. Typically, we see an average of 10% savings on budget amounts.

* Second Level Budget Review. Under this more intensive review, we will examine your CDD budget and financials, fully discuss and review the community expenses and systems and prepare a comprehensive savings analysis. We will make at least 10 to 20 budget reduction recommendations and fully discuss our findings and recommendations with you to improve your project. Typically, we see an average of 25% savings on budget amounts.
