Las Vegas, NV (prHWY.com) April 6, 2011 - CX, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V.

Founded in Mexico in 1906, CX has grown from a local player to one of the top global companies in its industry.

CX is a global building materials company that provides high quality products and reliable service to customers and communities throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The company produces, distributes, and sells cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and related building materials in more than 50 countries, and it maintains trade relationships in close to 100 nations.

CX launched its first global brand of ready-mix concrete, Promptis. The rapid-hardening, fast-formwork removal concrete technology is already being sold in France, UK, Ireland, Israel, Spain, and Croatia and will be made available in Austria, Poland, Latvia, UAE, and Hungary starting in the second half of 2011.

CX's Promptis is able to reach early compressive strength in as fast as 4 hours, compared with an average of 18 hours in conventional concrete. Despite its rapid-hardening properties, CX's Promptis® has been designed to retain workability for over 90 minutes, thus allowing the material to be easily handled without the risk of sudden hardening, even under extremely hot weather. Its strength develops in a progressive manner as the concrete ages, resulting in a highly durable material that also exhibits a good resistance to shrinkage cracking.

CX has begun recently supplying cement as part of its contract to provide over 500 thousand tons of cement to "Consorcio Grupo Unidos por el Canal", the primary contractor for the Panama Canal expansion project. The CX contract represents an integral phase of the Canal expansion project, which includes two locks, the excavation of access channels to the new locks and the widening and deepening of navigational channels.

CX won this supply contract last year after competing with local and international companies vying for it. CX was chosen because of its production capacity, record of timely materials delivery, and the high quality of its products

Furthermore, CX has been named the primary cement supplier for the first phase of Reventazón hydroelectric plant project in Costa Rica. As the primary supplier, CX will provide 50,000 tons of cement for the first phase of this project.

CX is constantly aiming to be the supplier of choice for major infrastructure projects around the world.

CLNO, Cleantech Transit, Inc., CLNO.OB

CLNO is in the business of producing and conserving power.

CLNO produces and sells clean electricity globally, with a focus on sustainable energies using renewable resources such as Geothermal, Solar and Wind.

CLNO's goal is to use innovative technologies to reduce electricity consumption and dependence on carbon based energy.

Recent advances in the technology of converting wood waste into power have so greatly enhanced the economic value of CLNO's systems the company has launched the biomass division as a separate company, Phoenix Energy, to focus exclusively on generating greater returns for manufacturing clients worldwide.

A huge percentage of the world's fossil fuels come from the world's most volatile places. By reducing your use of oil derivatives, you reduce dependence on foreign energy sources, increasing our country's energy security by converting energy from waste.

Biomass recently surpassed hydropower as the nation's leading source of renewable energy and now accounts for more than half of all renewable energy used in the United States.

Thousands of large and small U.S. power plants use biomass fuels to produce more than 7700 MW of electricity.

With rising fossil fuel prices and growing environmental concerns, biomass energy systems are reclaiming their positions in schools, factories, military bases, and community energy plants.

Wood waste is one of the most abundant, cost-competitive, and environmentally friendly biomass resources.

CLNO recently reported the commencement of the final permitting prior to be able to go online at The Merced project, a 500 Kilowatt biomass-generated power plant that is fully constructed, owned and operated by CLNO's Phoenix Energy.

The Merced project received permission for parallel testing to the grid. This testing process will allow Merced to connect to the grid on its own.

The funding to be provided to Phoenix Energy for the commercialization of this biomass gasification plant should be eligible to apply for a renewable energy cash back incentive program offered by the U.S. Federal Government.

The plant is fully constructed in Merced, California and is the first-of-its kind to receive an Authority to Construct permit from the San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District in California's Central Valley as well as a use permit from Merced County.

If it concludes its planned investment in Phoenix Energy, under Section 1603 of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act, CLNO will be entitled to receive its pro-rata share of 30% cash grant payments.

The U.S. Treasury's cash grant program was created to provide funding, in lieu of tax credits, for the development of clean energy projects and clean tech jobs nationwide
