Therefore, to get rid of rants and raves you must follow the footsteps of people who have shown great acts of serenity throughout their life. Therefore, to realize the fact that you are ranting and raving, you need to be conscious about every matter that surrounds you, your close ones and your environment. If you still feel like blasting on someone, then try to move in a closed room where you are all alone and think something worthy of past or what is going to happen next. Try not to think about the reason which made you feel angry. Sit down on a soft and smooth thing; even lie down in the bed, stay calm and take a deep breath. Suddenly, you will start feeling better and you will get to know that the reason I wanted to rant on someone was foolish and it was just a spur of the moment that I felt like ranting and raving.
To get control over the situation, you have to analyze deeply. Usually, you do not pay attention towards the right affairs in the right circumstances. Emotional and anger discipline should not be ignored too frequently. Do not show your impersonal side in inappropriate times, otherwise you will regret it later. Expectations are held upon every person by their closed ones but to stay away from rants, you should not expect much. In simple words it means that if you are hopeful about anything from your friend and he does not live up to your expectations, you will say "I am pissed off" and rants will start being exchanged between both of you. Stop fighting and try to solve the problem in a cool and well deserved manner. When you have nothing to do, you remember about something you did not like happened to you. Moreover, you start to feel angry and rants and raves will lead your mind to blow out. You show diligence towards a particular plan and work day and night for it. When you don't get the reward you deserved, it is painful and leads to rants. Deeply analyze the source of your angry feelings, ask questions to yourself whether it was due to one thing or a set of things. Furthermore, think what is possible which would make your feelings boosted.
Estimation told that Hitler's rants can sound up to hundred decibels. People often enjoy reading rants and raves stories about others and for this purpose, there are websites who are based on rants and raves. People submit their stories and others enjoy reading and share their own anger. Moreover, people are regularly found ranting over and over about media etc. You have seen people ranting about economic problems, which lead to misunderstandings. Although, anger is a usual emotional behavior in a person's daily life but you have to take steps to stop rants.
