Carlos Allen took around the stage name "Mayor Allen right after his bid for Mayor of Washington DC. Since he made numerous new friends as you go along, people kept calling your pet Mayor Allen.

Mayor Allen still left Georgia in 1990 and also moved to Washington, DC, the identical city he resides inside today. Mayor Allen can be a self-trained financial consultant and a lot of his experience arises from owning his own organizations.
