Corte Zamora, Canada (prHWY.com) November 14, 2012 - Natalie Tinti, author of the now famous Sewing a Friendship series of books, has embarked on another one-of-a-kind project - a parenting guide written from the viewpoint of a child.

Popular belief dictates that authoritative books are written by experts. For example, doctors write medical books while builders write about construction work. In the case of parenting books, an overwhelming majority of work on the subject is written by adults. For decades, parents have sought help from so-called parenting gurus and experts who claim that they have it all figured out when it comes to parenting.

However, society in general has seen that despite the existence of hundreds, if not thousands of parenting books in circulation, parenting woes have stayed the same. So what does this say about parents' efforts to improve their relationship with their child? It's all about taking the right perspective. For a more holistic view, there is more than just a parent's perspective to make parenting work.

According to various medical studies, parents have to deal with a myriad of issues pertaining to raising their children such as food and nutrition, safety, physical development, as well as emotional well-being. Most of the books and studies on parenting are centered on parent experiences, medical observations, and psychological theories. This brings a question to mind: Have they ever thought of asking a child how he feels about something that concerns them? This time, parents can learn from what children feel and think about parenting.

Natalie Tinti's upcoming book, How to Be a Happy Parent and Help Your Child Reach Full Potential, represents the author's bold step into redefining parenting by providing a whole new perspective - that of a child. Tinti's work emphasizes the importance of realizing that parents comprise only one half of the parenting equation. The other half of the equation involves the participation of the child on concerns which have an impact on their lives in the long run.

A one-of-a-kind masterpiece, the book challenges the status quo by presenting important childhood concerns as seen through the eyes of a child. Natalie Tinti points out crucial issues which matter a lot such as being judgmental of other people, listening attentively to a child's needs, and trust issues. Throughout the book, the author emphasized that as a child, they would know a lot of things on what would actually make them happy.

Natalie Tinti is the thirteen year old author of the nationally recognized book series, Sewing a Friendship. In addition, she has created coloring books and poster based on the book series.Aside from being the author of these exceptional books, she also serves as the main illustrator on all her books. Sewing a Friendship #1 is currently available on her website on E-book and I-book format. She is currently a seventh grade student at the Orange County School of Arts, VisualArtConservatory.
