* India market closed flat, Nifty down by 0.04% & Sensex by 0.07%.
* Asian pacific fell as Japan's economy shrank since last year earth quake.
* EUR German WPI at -0.06% m/m and Dow Future up by 16pts at 12780.
Indian indices ended a choppy session on a flat-to-negative note on disappointing Index of Industrial Production figures for the month of September dampened sentiment. Nifty down by 2pts settle at 5683 and Sensex by 13Pts settle at 18760. Euro Market green with DAX up by 15pts at 7178, CAC by 02pts at 3421 and FTSE by 20pts at 5789.
