Westport Honda vehicles among most fuel efficient
Three Honda models make top ten fuel efficiency list

Truecar.com's list consisted of the current top ten most fuel-efficient cars based on fuel economy and cost of gas when driving 15,000 miles in a year. They compared the overall price of fuel-efficiency and then ranked the top models. At Honda of Danbury, we are pleased to announce there were three Westport Honda models on the list!
Towards the top of the list was the 2011 Honda Insight. As a small car, the Insight costs $18,950 and earns 41.3 miles per gallon. When driving 15,000 miles, it was found to use 363 gallons and cost $1,279 with gas at $3.52 a gallon. Next up was the 2011 Westport Honda Civic Hybrid. Like the Insight, this small car earns 41.3 miles per gallon, used 363 gallons, and cost $1,279 with gas at $3.52 a gallon. However, it has an MSRP of $24,700. The final Honda model was the 2011 Honda CR-Z. As a midsize car, the CR-Z costs $20,095 and earns 33.4 miles per gallon. It was found to use 449 gallons of gas and cost $1,579 with gas at $3.52 a gallon.
