HBMeU plants the Union Tree

Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Chancellor of Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University (HBMeU), a leading institute in the field of e-Learning and quality management in the Arab World, planted today the Union Tree along with members of the academic and administrative teams and a number of learners at HBMeU's campus in Academic City. The initiative comes in response to last week's directives by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to highlight the 'Spirit of the Union' as a means to embody the wise vision of the UAE leadership during National Day celebrations.

On this occasion, Dr. Mansoor Al Awar said: "We have to plant the Union Tree in our hearts, take care of it, nurture and sustain it. We also have to defend it with our souls and remain unified to protect the soil of this generous country and arm ourselves with knowledge."
