Rare Ghost Sightings Found at a Hotel Vancouver Airport Branch

Airport hotels are rarely known for ghost sightings. Some ghost experts believe the close proximity to the runway or the loud noises prevents ghosts from calling an airport hotel home.

Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) November 22, 2012 - Airport hotels are rarely known for ghost sightings. Some ghost experts believe the close proximity to the runway or the loud noises prevents ghosts from calling an airport hotel home. However, one local Vancouver airport hotel is reporting an instance of a supernatural sighting.

"We have had numerous guests report seeing a lady wandering the halls", said the owner of the hotel. "The guests would call us and report seeing this lady that looked lost wandering the halls. We'd send a desk clerk to check on her and she'd be gone. There was no sign of her anywhere."

The hotel brushed the first few reported sighting aside. They believed that it was just a prank that some guests were pulling. The thought of a ghost wasn't even on their minds until a recent string of reported sightings.

"We recently had numerous reported sightings of a ghost that came into people's rooms", said the owner of the hotel. "None of the guests knew each other so I highly doubt they got together and made up a story. Each guest reported seeing a woman walk into their room, walk up to the window and just look out it."

The hotel had never before had numerous complaints about ghosts. It was only recently that guests were reporting seeing this supernatural creature. The hotel owner called in an expert to help with the case.

"I was called in to help with the ghost problem", said Teri Gallows. "I did some research about the ghost and came to find out that a lady died a few days after saying goodbye to her boyfriend who was leaving on a plane. I think the ghost came back here as it is the closest area to the airport."

The ghost expert ran several scans of the area and noticed a spike in readings. This is significant of a ghost sighting. That along with the numerous sightings from guests means that there is a huge change that a ghost lives within the hotel.

"We thought the ghost sighting would cause guests to not want to stay here", said the owner of the hotel. "I was wrong. We have seen a huge spike in interested people wanting to catch a glimpse of this lovesick ghost. It really is amazing."

The hotel has fully embraced its new permanent guest by posting a plague to honor her. The plague tells her story and welcomes her to the Vancouver airport hotel.
