Star-crossed Lovers Meet during Microsoft Online IT Training Session

Samantha Young lived in a small town 150 miles south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She never imagined that one day she would meet the love of her life. Her small town held only 150 residents and Samantha rarely got a chance to explore outside of the town.

Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) November 22, 2012 - Samantha Young lived in a small town 150 miles south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She never imagined that one day she would meet the love of her life. Her small town held only 150 residents and Samantha rarely got a chance to explore outside of the town. This led her to believe that her chances were fairly slim when it came to the dating scene. That all changed when she attended an online training course.

"I was studying to learn how to work with various Microsoft programs", said Samantha Young. "It was during a Microsoft online IT training session that I met the man who would soon become my husband."

The Microsoft online IT training session involved students taking part in over 15 lectures. After the lectures, students would have the chance to take part in a chat or forum discussion to talk about what they learned. It was during one of those chats that Samantha met her future husband.

"It was late one night and we were discussing something that we had just learned during the training session", said Samantha Young. "I was talking with Jason about what we had just learned and then we got to talking about our personal lives. We shared our interests and favorite TV shows. We talked for only two hours but I really felt a connection."

The two individuals spent every day talking for an hour together. They shared stories, worked on course material and talked about daily news. Those chats turned into a desire to meet each other in person.

"We decided that we should meet in person", explained Samantha Young. "The problem is that we lived about 2,000 miles away from each other. We scheduled a time to meet and it just sort of took off from there."

Jason Smith travelled to the small town outside of Tulsa. He said that the minute that he saw Samantha Young it was love at first sight.

"I couldn't believe my eyes", said Jason Smith. "I knew it was love at first sight the minute that I saw her. I thought things would be odd when we met in person, but it wasn't. I just knew this would be my wife."

Samantha Young and Jason Smith both accredit the Microsoft online IT training session for helping them find each other. They say had they not attended that class they probably would have never crossed paths and not met.

"We are so lucky", said Samantha Young. "I am just so glad I was taking that course or I wouldn't have met Jason."
