From the enticing Mezzes , juicy kebabs ,tagine, shawarma to the various Rice preparations our chef is set to create a magical time with Live Shawarma, falafel & kebabs grilled in front of guests along with Mezzes such as Humus, Baba ghanoush, Kibbe, spinach fatayer and much more.

Arab cuisine is defined as the various regional cuisines spanning the Arab world, from Tunisia to Saudi Arabia , and incorporating the Levantine, Egyptian, and other traditions.
The food of each region is unique as it tells a story of the past. You will find that many dishes are the same in Middle Eastern cooking, yet may taste quite different. They contain different herbs and spices The dishes native to each region differ based in the availability of ingredients from the past. It all depended on what was traded in the region and what was offered at the marketplace. In essence, Arabic food today is defined by its past.

Chef Nishant and his team of culinary professional concocts these fabled recipes from the bygone era and brings to Mumbai the famed Arabic food through mixing traditional delicacies with modern palate, meticulous planning, exquisite food and team work to make this gastronomic experience like never before.
