Salaam Namaste Community Radio Station bagged the award for their unique and innovative programme for SENIOR CITIZENS -"Second Innings Ko Salaam".

9th Manthan Award 2012 was to recognize the best practices in e-Content and Creativity.
16 categories were awarded which were e-Business & Enterprise, Community Broadcasting, e-Culture & Heritage e-Education & Learning, e-Environment, e-Agriculture, e-Financial Inclusion & Livelihood, e-Health, e-Governance, e-Inclusion, e-Infrastructure, e-Localisation, e-News & Media, e-Entertainment & Games, e-Travel & Tourism, e-Science & Technology.

For Community Broadcasting, 29 out of 36 countries were successful nominees. Radio Salaam Namaste -A Unit Of IMS Noida bagged the award for their unique and innovative programme for SENIOR CITIZENS -"Second Innings Ko Salaam"-Life Ki Doosri Pehchaan.
