Vikas Khanna is one of the most popular Indian Chefs in the world. His inspiration for cooking came from his grandmother whom he observed in the kitchen. Ever since then he has been passionate about cooking and learnt the art of cooking. At the age of 17 he was up and running Lawrence Gardens Banquets which hosted weddings and family functions. Later, in 1991 he joined Welcome group Graduate School of Hotel Administration and founded SAANCH which was a cultural festival gala for bringing together the foods and tradition from various parts of India.
