Jason Thomas Frothingham Announces End of Flag Football Season

Jason Thomas Frothingham announces the end of his first season as a flag football team member.

Atlanta, GA (prHWY.com) December 10, 2012 - Jason Thomas Frothingham is pleased to announce that he recently completed his first season on a flag football team. For Frothingham, who has enjoyed sports (especially football) since an early age, the experience was largely positive - despite what he described as "a rather dismal win record."

Frothingham's flag football team had no wins, and recorded only losses for the Fall 2012 season. Nevertheless, the dedicated 18-year old described it "as a fun experience, and a good excuse to get together with friends despite busy schedules."

When it comes to busy schedules, few teenagers have their calendar packed with more engagements than Jason Thomas Frothingham. The Georgia Hope Scholarship recipient is currently enrolled in college, where he is studying business, and is working in his first professional job.

"Life is getting pretty busy for me," said Jason Thomas Frothingham. "And, I know that with my attitude and work ethic, it's quite likely that things are only going to get busier from here on out. So, I decided that I better start scheduling in the social and recreational time, too. Otherwise, it might not happen for me!"

In addition to playing flag football, Jason Thomas Frothingham is a football fan. Growing up in Long Island, New York, Jason Thomas Frothingham became a fan of the New York Giants at an early age. "I went to games occasionally," said Jason Thomas Frothingham. "But, like most boys, I was glued to the TV on many Sunday afternoons and Monday nights, watching the Giants battle it out with other NFL teams. I guess that's where I got my initial love for football. I never had any serious aspirations of playing football professionally though. I'm a runner."

Throughout his four years at North Gwinnett High School, Jason Thomas Frothingham was an athlete on the Men's Cross Country team. He also participated in the school's Bulldog Dash, a local 5-kilometer race that brought the greater Gwinnett community together.

"Though this flag football season is over, I look forward to playing again next year. Maybe we'll actually win a game!" joked Jason Thomas Frothingham.
