Kalindee honored with EPC World award for exceptional rail expertise

navi mumbai, India (prHWY.com) December 19, 2012 - The 3rd EPC World Awards crowned the operational expertise of Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd for its dedicated contribution towards the construction of railways under the EPC segment. Kalindee Rail Nirman's Chairman and Managing Director, RD Sharma received the award from a distinguished array of dignitaries involving Shri Harish Chandra Singh Rawat (Union Cabinet Minister for Water Resources), Shri Balbir Punj (Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha), Dr Sudhir Krishna (Secretary to the Government of India-Ministry of Urban Development) and Shri Amitabh Kant (CEO& MD-Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Ltd).

Kalindee since its inception in 1976 has dedicated itself to build infrastructure for rail transport under one roof on turnkey basis. The company has been active in the fields of signaling, telecommunications, track and information systems.

The awardees were decided on the methodology prepared by the event's Knowledge Partner Ernst & Young. The 3rd EPC World Awards was held at Hotel The Ashok in New Delhi on December 15, where4in Supreme Infrastructure sponsored the event and Universal Construction Machinery sponsored the trophies presented.
