It doesn't cost much to really get started with sites like Facebook and Twitter. These are reasonable methods that allow people to reach masses in a short amount of time.
The budget for any marketing campaign should include funds for print media. Technology and mobile advertising is big, but there should still be room for print media. Magazines and newspapers can be a big part of the marketing equation, but it depends on the business. Marketing agencies really have to know where the audience is. Any marketing that does not reach the target audience is in vain.
