Indore, India (prHWY.com) December 27, 2012 - MARKET WRAP FOR AGRICOMMODITY

* Pepper dwindled 2.50% on account of higher production estimates.
* Turmeric surged more than 3% on consistent demand despite high prices.
* Castor Seed tumbled on low export demand closing near its lower circuit of 4%.

Chana witnessed a sharp decline of close to 3% continuing in its downward trend due to higher crop acreages. Jeera ended lower by more than 2% on the back of higher sowing in the major crop producing regions. Pepper remains bearish as continuous arrivals in the markets and estimates of higher supply in near term pressurize prices.
