First Step:
We perform a test cleaning where you pay regular cleaning rate per hour. Since it is difficult to know in advance how much time it takes to clean up at your home so we clean simply until it is clear, at least 4 hours. Remember to test the cleaning takes longer than usual as the maid is not yet accustomed to your home.
2nd Step:
After sample cleaning, we make a written contract. As far as we are able, we try to accommodate your requests for certain time and date. The contract we currently have with other customers varies from 8 hours each week to 4 hours every other week. The only requirement is that we have it cleaned at least 4 hours every other week. Moreover, it is up to your needs and budget control.
3rd Step:
House Cleaning Services are proceeding now under the agreement. The maid will return on the agreed date and time every week or two. For example, going away or is sick, you can cancel individual cleaning session 48 hours before cleaning.
