The Hike House, one of the top hiking organizations in Sedona created its very own comfort spot popularly known to hikers as the Energy Café. It's the place where hikers congregate before a Sedona hike and it's the same spot they return to after a trek among the red rocks or any one of the Sedona trails.
One of the favorite features of the Energy Café is its Breakfast Station where you can assemble your own customized breakfast of granola bars, cereals, coffee cakes, and bagels. From the Breakfast Station, hikers can move on to the Coffee Bar and enjoy a steaming cup of Sedona coffee. A lot of hikers have made a habit of dropping by the café before tackling their Sedona hike for the day.
Other food selections include all-natural smoothies and yogurt, energy bars, protein bars, and recovery bars, as well as energy drinks, bottled water, and fruit juices. The Energy Café also serves the world-famous "Mama's Red Rock Cookies"--a favorite take-home treat or trail food.
