Charlton Carlos Lester Announces Omnitech Status as "Military Friendly School"
Charlton Carlos Lester, the founder and President of Omnitech Institute, announces his school's status as a "Military Friendly School."
(prHWY.com) March 5, 2013 - Tucker, GA -- Charlton Carlos Lester is pleased to announce that Omnitech Institute has recently been named a "Military Friendly School" by G.I. Jobs magazine. 2012 marks the second consecutive year that Omnitech Institute has been awarded with this high distinction.

"We're thrilled about being included in the latest list from G.I. Jobs magazine," says Charlton Carlos Lester, the school's founder and President. "As every military person knows, G.I. Jobs is the leading authority on the contemporary veteran's job market."

This honor was relayed to Charlton Carlos Lester and Omnitech in a letter from G.I. Jobs magazine publisher Rick McCormack, which stated, "You should take great pride in this honor, as it ranks your school in the top 20% of all colleges, universities, and trade schools nationwide." A commemorative plaque was given to Omnitech in recognition of the school's honor.

"Serving veterans and the men and women of our nation's military has always been a top priority for the staff here at Omnitech," says Charlton Carlos Lester. "While many branches of our nation's military does a fantastic job of training and educating soldiers, it can be difficult for military personnel who are no longer active duty to find ways they can put their skills to use in the public and private sectors. Omnitech Institute takes pride in teaching new and longtime veterans new skills that are applicable in the modern job market."

Though veterans may choose from many courses of study when they enroll at Omnitech Institute, Charlton Carlos Lester believes that many will choose to pursue studies in the school's new digital media program. "Our men and women of the military," says Lester, "understand the significance of new technology; there are thousands of them who are eager to learn it." Omnitech reviews new technology and studies often to keep their curriculum and course offerings up to date.

The aforementioned magazine distinction isn't the only military-related honor that's been bestowed upon Omnitech. In 2000, just two years after the school's founding, Omnitech was chosen from 22 other schools to administer training at Fort McPherson Military Base, a base that was under top-secret clearance at the time. The school is also certified by the Veterans Administration to administer the G.I. Bill and Post-9/11 Former Military and Veterans training.
