The key questions that should be asked to a noteholder come out of this in-depth knowledge. The first question listed in the video was the kind of property followed by the query if the note payor is a resident of the house. Further, questions regarding the location, the selling price and downpayment of the property followed. One of the major questions that needs to be asked is if the note is first lien or second. The video listed the question, "Is your note a 1st or 2nd lien? If a second, about how much is owed?"
Also, the current amount that the payer owes, how many months he/she has fallen behind, details about monthly payment and interest rate etc. should also be addressed. In the event that there is a balloon, its due date should also be asked. All other information that is required to be known about the note, property and payor should also be asked.
