J.D. Power and Associates gives Honda praise

Therefore, Fremont used car dealers are excited to announce that Honda has received second place of all manufacturers in J.D. Power's Initial Quality Study.
The annual Initial Quality study researches information about new cars. It judges the car quality of the first 90 days of its use. J.D. Power has been conducting this survey since 1987 and uses consumer surveys to gather its research.
This is Honda's best-ever ranking in this particular study. What's really exciting for this automaker? Even premium and luxury manufacturers were included in the ranking system. In total, Honda had seven models come out on top. President and CEO of American Honda Motor Co. Inc, Tetsuo Iwamura, couldn't be prouder. This study also awards different plants for excellent quality. Shoppers of Santa Clara used cars will be pleased to find that not one, but three of Honda's American plants received this rating. In fact, the Indiana plant was one of three in the world to be awarded the Platinum Quality Award.
The highest praised Honda models for initial quality are as follows: the Accord sedan, the Accord Crosstour SUV, the Civic compact, the Element compact SUV, the Insight hybrid, the Ridgeline mid-sized pickup and the Fit sub-compact car.
