(prHWY.com) October 11, 2011 - St. Augustine, FL -- Our automotive wholesale vehicle business strategy is actually very simple and straight forward to become the first stop on the buyer's path to pre-auction used vehicle ownership. We may not have every used cars or new car, but we will definitely have the best value. Most car shoppers search multiple sites during their research. We just want to be one of their options.
The mission of E-Drive Autos is to provide better value to car buying consumers and help vehicle dealers turn wholesale losses into profitable situations.
2. MARKETING OBJECTIVES AND OPPORTUNITIES
Our marketing objective for the next year is to get as much "face time" as possible at conventions and through print media to help establish our brand and our mission.
A major part of our automotive sales strategy is to establish strategic partnerships with well-known and well-respected data aggregators and DMS providers. This effectively "fast-tracks" the distribution of our wholesale vehicle services to car dealers via integration with our strategic partners.
We would like to take full advantage of the upcoming NADA convention in Vegas, and many positive events will come out of that show if we do it right and bring the right message to dealers.
We also have an opportunity through our value added resellers and strategic partners to become the most valuable tool in a dealer's wholesale marketing arsenal.
3. MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES
I think being the "new kid on the block" is always a significant challenge in this industry. Also, we need inventory, lots of it, which is why we are offering wholesale car dealers auctions no payments for 90 days.
Another challenge that management faces is deciding on whom we hire, and in which order! We have been overwhelmed with applicants that are looking to complete our core management team, so it's hard to decide whom to hire because they all have impressive backgrounds. We view this as a positive, but a challenge nonetheless.
4. INDUSTRY & MARKET SITUATION
As we recently heard from Mike Jackson, CEO of Auto Nation - the market is seemingly getting better, but we are still at "Depression Era" levels of units sold (approx. $10 million last year), compared to $15-$17 million prior to 2008.
We understand that most wholesale car dealers have a market pain in the wholesale arena, and we can provide an effective "pain killer." We just need time to build inventory and increase traffic.
5. MOST SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENT
What makes us the most proud is the fact that we have been able to raise a substantial amount of early round financing for our wholesale vehicle company during the worst economy since the "Great Depression." You hear every day that lenders aren't lending and 90% of start-ups are unsuccessful raising capital.
With a dollar and dream E-Drive Autos has evolved from an idea to what we feel can be game changer in the automotive industry...
