(prHWY.com) November 3, 2011 - Mumbai, India -- The makers of Rockstar are leaving no stone unturned to promote their film.The biggest promotional tool used by the makers of the film is to have live concert, was held on NOV 1. It was celeberated the theme of Rockstar.
When asked Rahman's about what qualities a Rockstar should have he say's . In india we have our moral's we have our families which don't allow us to be a real Rockstar.Internationally Rockstar do all the sorts of things they drink, smoke everything but Ranbir is shown as nice guy who doesn't do all this.He is very desi type Rockstar.
The ROCKSTAR Concert began with an opening act by Mohit Chauhan and Dhobi Ghat actress Monica Dogra. One by one all the songs of Rockstar album were performed on stage and what set the stage on fire was the arrival of AR Rahman.
He first crooned to the soulful track Gun Faaya and later jammed with his band on various songs including Tum Hi Ho, Saada Haq and Jo Bhi Main. Ranbir specially learnt playing guitar for Rockstar to make his character look very convincing and the glimpses of his newly learnt art was seen at the concert when he strummed for two of the chartbusting tracks from the film, Jo Bhi Main and Saada Haq...Aithe Rakh.
The concert ended with Ranbir and the rest of the singers crooning on Saada Haq which almost turned into an anthem among the youth present at the venue!
