Senator Roy Blunt's Twitter page uses a background image found from a BlogSpot user's personal collection.
(prHWY.com) January 13, 2012 - Jefferson City, MO -- With the recent news of Congressman Lamar Smith's (SOPA Author) alleged copyright violation (http://www.vice.com/read/lamar-smith-serial-copyright-violator), many Congress members are now having their web sites reviewed for violations of this proposed bill.

Senator Roy Blunt, SOPA Co-Sponsor, is currently using an image for his Twitter background that was taken by a blogger on the popular blogging site BlogSpot.com.
