RWC Preps Writers for High Season: New Articles Perfect Skills
ResearchWritingCenter.com hails heavy season with article series meant to increase writer qualifications: All filled with tips to prep and perfect their skills
(prHWY.com) February 1, 2012 - Sheffield, United Kingdom -- RWC is preparing for the upcoming season of heavy workload with a new series of articles aimed at maximizing the performance of all our writers. These articles will cover numerous aspects of the freelance writing experience. They are intended to be useful for any freelance writer; our more experienced colleagues, as well as those who have only recently joined the ranks of freelancers.
Here at RWC, the quiet of the holidays is beginning to dissipate as students plow through their spring semester. We know that the volume of orders will pick up soon, and with it, the demands on our writers' skills.
Our writers may notice, by the way, that order assignment seems faster, with orders remaining on the list only very briefly. This accelerated assignment speed results from improved efficiencies in our system, as well more constant internet access on the part of our writers, often through hand-held devices. This may give the misleading impression that overall volume has decreased, but this is decidedly not the case.
We are also using our blog to help our writers prepare for and respond to the high season. Our evolving registration system for new writers has let us know that our writers come to us with a range and variety of skills.
Some have the language skills but need some help in adhering to the discipline of academic writing. Others have the experience and skills in academic writing from their own education, but need to apply them fully in English. Still others have both, but have little technological expertise. All have a passion for writing and helping our customers.
Our articles are meant to help writers fill in and correct any deficiencies in their skill sets. We know our writers can take the hint; just as in the ancient aphorism, "one word to the wise is sufficient". These articles point the way to personal improvement in writing, researching, citation, paraphrasing, time management, customer communication, and, we hope, everything else that writers face.
We hope that our writers will use these as guides for further individual study and practice. If any content in an article strikes a chord; perhaps resembling a recent criticism a writer has received, this is a clue that this is an area for improvement. These articles are designed to direct the writer to resources and techniques to perfect their capabilities and achieve maximally for themselves and for our customers.
