In a world of deceitful people and underhand business practices it is not uncommon to see people scammed or "ripped off".
(prHWY.com) February 2, 2012 - Sheffield, United Kingdom -- This is particularly true with ecommerce and making purchases online. It is not so much the capturing of personal information that is the problem; it is legitimate purchases made to illegitimate companies. A well-designed website can easily sucker people in as it can portray a false image of professionalism and expertise. Not so long ago a website with a name very similar to Amazon arose and due to people spelling Amazon incorrectly or making typing errors, they ended up on the fake website, which cleverly looked identical to the legitimate online retailer. This is an extreme example. It is more common for websites to spring up offering a particular product or service and take your cash, but fail to deliver the goods. Testimonials on the website are therefore becoming worthless as they can be written by anyone. I could claim to deliver perfumes online, take the cash of hundreds of people and then just disappear. Something had to be done to protect genuine manufacturers and retailers and that's where websites like Trustpilot come in.
Trustpilot is an independent review site where customers can go and post details of their shopping experiences, whether their purchase was made online or in person. This gives consumers some reassurance as to the authenticity of so called satisfied customer testimonials as the retailer does not have any control over the ratings and comments posted. If you frequently underperform, then it is not a good idea to put your neck on the line with sites such as Trustpilot. You must be confident in the performance of your company, in your reputation and in your own abilities to allow your site to be reviewed in this manner.
Fortunately WD Bathrooms do not have a problem with this and aim to deliver great customer service at all times. They are a leading bathroom retailer on the internet supplying thousands of shower trays,
heated towel rails and
wet room panels across the UK. As of February 2012, WD Bathrooms has an excellent rating with Trustpilot and has been independently reviewed 169 times. This speaks tombs about the products, level of customer service and staff.
