It's a one day story of four persons struggling in the metro city Mumbai, one with vengeance, one on a mission, one with hope and one to con. At the end of the day they all meet at one place and find their ways. The main idea around which the whole film revolves is "whether you are an actor or a contractor or anybody, in a city like Mumbai, everyone is messed up".

Singer Neha Bhasin debuts as an actress with 'Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi'. Her character in the film is named Chandigarh Dolly. Neha, is known for her smash hit songs like 'Dhunki' from 'Mere Brother ki Dulhan' and 'Kuch Khaas Hai' from 'Fashion' .
