Pittsburgh Boot Camp, FUSE Fitness Studio will focus on building a community as well as educating people on the myths surrounding fitness and weight loss."
Zawodniak is known as the
Pittsbugh personal trainer who starting the Just for Her Boot Camps two years ago after seeing how many women were struggling with weight loss and toning. Most of the women have tried gyms, diet pills, aerobic classes and personal trainers in Pittsbugh, among many others, with little to no long term results.
"After 2 years we have helped over 300 hundred women get into amazing shape with our nutrition, accountability, and fitness programs. We are now launching our new fitness programs and studio, FUSE Fitness Studio," added Zawodniak. "While we will still have our Pittsburgh Boot Camp for women operating we will be adding our new 30 minute co-ed program and private personal training."
