(prHWY.com) May 29, 2012 - Seattle, WA -- Granting a computer tech remote access to a home computer or laptop is a personal experience. That computer tech has complete and total control over a computer and can do almost anything they want with it. While this might seem like too big of a risk for some people to take, for one man that risk may have saved his life.

"I had a really bad infestation of malware and viruses on my computer", said Joe Pitt. "I could barely turn my computer on, so I hired Rid Malware to help clean up my computer. They remove malware and viruses remotely, and that's what I needed."

Rid Malware was hired to help rid Pitt's computer of the viruses and malware that caused him to not be able to turn on the computer. The company dispatched an IT professional to work on it through a remote computer connection.

"We pride ourselves on encouraging our clients to work along with us on the computer", said a spokesperson for Rid Malware. "We want them to know we aren't accessing credit card numbers, bank account statements, and all that type of stuff. So we encourage them to sit and watch what we do."
While sitting and working with Pitt, the IT tech noticed that the mouse tended to move oddly. The odd mouse movements weren't coming from the technician, it was from the other side of the computer.

"I noticed it seemed as if the person on the other end was like having a spasm or some type of problem on the other end", said the IT on the job, Hank Pillow. "Per protocol I called the client who didn't answer, but I noticed that there was still movement with the mouse."

After 15 minutes of being able to reach the client by phone or cellphone, Pillow decided to seek the advice of his supervisor. The supervisor advised to call the local fire department or police station. An officer was dispatched to the location of the client, and what was found was shocking.

"It appears as if the client suffered a massive heart attack while working on his computer with the IT department", said a local spokesperson for the police station. "Had the company not called us, Pitt may have died. Instead, he was able to get lifesaving help that allowed him to be on his way to a speedy recovery."

Rid Malware is planning on arranging a meeting with the IT person and Pitt.

"I want to show my appreciation that he saved my life", said Pitt.
