(prHWY.com) June 19, 2012 - Seattle, WA -- Finding a place to store a person's belongings can be difficult during a time when life is already stressful enough. Just ask Naomi Pickett. Naomi had an enormous house that she must pack up and she also has 8 children under the age of ten that had to be packed up as well.

"I was getting so stressed as the date for my move inched ever closer," shares Naomi. "We needed to be out of our current house at least a month before our new home would be ready for us to move in."

Naomi had no idea what to do with her furniture and clothing. She knew she needed a place to store them but what would be a simple and efficient answer to this problem since she was moving from one coast of the country to the other? She was bemoaning her ordeal to her friends recently and one of them suggested she look into moving pods.

"This was the first I had ever heard of this concept. It almost sounded too good to be true! I made some calls the very next day and found the answer to my problems." Naomi gushed.

Within days, two moving pods were delivered to Naomi's yard and she began to fill them in earnest with the belongings she needed moved across the country. In order to keep some semblance of order, she decided to keep furniture in one unit and all the family's other belongings in the other. With her children helping, Naomi was able to make fast work of clearing out the entire house.

Naomi was then able to call and get the moving pods removed from her yard. She informed the employees of the date when she would need her belongings to be delivered to her new house. Her things were securely stored in the moving pods and were fully insured in case of any unexpected occurrences. Knowing that all her belongings were secure and safe really helped Naomi to look at the positives to her move across the country.

She says, "At first, I really wasn't looking forward to the move at all. I know as a military wife that I should expect these things but I had gotten used to where we live. I would be leaving my friends behind and handling all the aspects of the move by myself since my husband is deployed but having the moving pods really helped!"
