(prHWY.com) July 6, 2012 - Hertford, United Kingdom -- We are delighted to have gone unconditional on the sale of Collier House, Hertford on behalf of our client, Sanctuary Group.

Following the successful sale of Duke House in Southwark, SE1, Sanctuary asked us to advise them on the sale of Collier House, a 11,697 sq ft office building in the county town of Hertford. The property, which had been marketed for some time by a local agent, had no interest and a sale at an acceptable level seemed unlikely. We came across a regional office requirement and suggested Collier House as a potential option. Terms were agreed within 3 weeks of Ashwell Rogers becoming involved at a level our client was entirely happy with.

Collier House was a satellite office for Sanctuary Housing, the housing association branch of Sanctuary Group, which had become surplus to their requirements. They will be relocating the remaining staff to a smaller, leased office in nearby Welwyn Garden City.

The building is being sold to Team Q Maintenance which is part of the Turner Group of companies, a large building maintenance company. Team Q were represented by SBH Page & Read.

We are very happy to have been able to help Sanctuary again and look forward to working with them on future projects.
