(prHWY.com) July 23, 2012 - Seattle, WA -- The only goal Jordan Kingsley had in life was to try to sail around the world in 80 days. Ever since Kingsley was a child he would tell others that he would one day be known as one of the few individuals who successfully sailed around the world.

"Sometimes the story would involve Jordan sailing around the world in a yacht", said his mother Jamie. "Some days he would say he was going to sail around the world in a raft built for two. He always had such huge dreams."

Jordan Kingsley has been working for a number of years to make this dream of sailing around the world a possibility. However, due to financial constraints Kingsley goal of sailing around the world looked like it would be cut short, until he came up with a unique and inventive idea.

"Many people have tried to sail around the world", explained Jamie Kingsley. "My goal of doing it would only bring me personal satisfaction. In fact, I think people would say 'who cares' when they saw what I did, which is why I have come up with a way to make the experience interactive."

Jordan Kingsley has teamed with a company that specializes in Windows cloud hosting services to provide website visitors with a chance to watch his progress live. While many individuals have sailed across the world, Jordan would be the first to do it in a way that others could actually watch and see his progress online.

"When we heard about Jordan's lifelong goal to sail around the world we knew we had to step it up and help him", said Brandon Smoothers, owner of Skyward Hosting Services. "We decided that we would sponsor him in his pursuit and provide him with the website services to regularly update his website while on his journey."

The website will feature live blog posts, articles, and even podcasts from Jordan. These will be posted at regular intervals and keep website visitors updated on his progress.

"There will be some spots where I can't get Wi-Fi access, so those times website visitors will be left in the dark, but otherwise I plan on updating everyone at least twice a day. I mean what else will I have to do while out on the open seas", said Jordan.

The voyage is tentatively scheduled for next spring. However, the website will be launched within the coming weeks to generate buzz and hype surrounding the trip.
