Shanique Myrie open flood gates for unscrupulous Jamaican females like Miss Tameika Rowe to enter Barbados at will and set up shop

(prHWY.com) July 27, 2012 - Bridgetown, Barbados -- The Caribbean Court of Justice having given Miss Myrie leave for her case to be heard before the same court seems to have release the flood gates for Jamaican women who are up to no good to enter Barbados and open shady businesses. A Miss Tameika Rowe who once danced in a Bar in St.Johns Antigua and have been visiting Barbados twice yearly over the last four years, working unauthorized as a massage therapist,has open up her own illegal massage parlor in Barbados.Caricom national are allowed to travel and work and even set up businesses within Caricom territories.These nationals must fall under a certain category and follow the guide lines set out in the Caricom treaty. Exotic massage therapist and erotic massage parlors are not professions that are set out in the Caricom treaty to facilitate the free movement of Caribbean citizens to live and work in participating Countries of the treaty.

On Tuesday 25-07-2012 I witness Miss Tameika Rowe placing an advertisement at the Nation News offices in Sheraton center Barbados. This ad appeared the following day and read:The Ultimate Hedonistic Spa Gentlemen are you sensual? If yes,come for your Epicurean Delight Body Treatments. A wide range of exotic massages available.Open daily 10am-10pm house & Hotel visits available. Heaven is just a phone call away. For appointments,Call 823-6992.

A massage parlor in Barbados falls under the auspices of the Ministry of health. The Act governing the opening and the operating of a facility where massages are to take place must be inspected by a health inspector. Ultimately a Doctor must sign off on the premises on the advice of the health inspectorate and the operator will be granted a license.Suffice to say Miss Tameika Rowe has no such license. She has not had the premises that she is operating in inspected. The practitioners of massage must visit a Barbados doctor and get a health certificate as is required under the same health act. Again Miss Tameika Rowe is not in possession of any health certificate.

I am not privy as to whether Miss Tameika Rowe is a prostitute and using the premises: The Ultimate Hedonistic Spa under the guise of massage for prostitution.What I am privy to is that the premises used for massages under the Health Act must be authorized under Town and Country planning in Barbados.Therfore to any reasonable observer Miss Tameika Rowe as set up a business in contravention of several of Barbados laws including the fact that her Immigration status on the island does not grant her permission to indulge in any work as a visitor.

I believe Miss Tameika Rowe feels she can do as she pleases in Barbados as since the miss Shanique Myrie episode Barbados officials are scared for another controversy involving a female Jamaican national.
