New silk scarves for the European Market
Online boutique dealing introduces new type of silk scarves to the European market.
(prHWY.com) August 12, 2012 - Charlotte, KS -- Ekliss, an online boutique dealing in scarves and shawls introduces new type of silk scarves to the European market. Founded by a serial entrepreneur based in Madrid, the site opened its doors on August 1, 2012 with a collection of 135 scarves in all-natural weaves and colours. The collection includes traditional silk scarves, light woollen shawls, cashmere wraps and Eri silk scarves.

Eri silk, called after the woolly white silk is often referred to as the fabric of peace as the process does not involve the killing of the silk worm. Moths leave the cocoon as soon as it is ready to be spun.

"We were researching eco-friendly silk and found co-operatives in India that were happy to work with us. While meeting them we discovered all the community development initiatives that are behind them. It convinced us to feature a few models on our site." says Sabina Socoli, eKliss founder.

The scarves are available online at http://ekliss.com/
