Shunned By Society and Treated as an Outcast
But Their Spirits Shine So Radiantly That the Town Finally Welcomes the Family into Their Community
(prHWY.com) August 14, 2012 - Parker, CO -- In a time when war in the middle east escalates, the real estate market is in the deepest depression in modern U.S. history, unemployment rose to historic highs, violence-infested neighborhoods cry for help, and an increasing number of natural disasters and unprecedented weather events occurred over the past years in the U.S. and in some parts of the world, an inspiration often comes from entirely unexpected places.

In a new book written by Marissa Marchan, one can momentarily forget all the unpleasant worries, fears and concerns, and escape reality to a quiet place, relax, curl up in bed, and indulge in pure fantasy. This is a beautiful story of unconditional love between parent and child and the knowledge that true beauty comes from within.

"This novel was heart-warming from the start. My heart was being tugged towards the characters reaching out to try and comfort them. This novel was heart-warming and is certainly worth the short read." - eponareviews

"Ray is a special gift from God to his parents, a physically deformed couple who had experienced much hardship in their lives. Their positive attitude, love for each other, humility and pure-heartedness - never becoming angry or revengeful with those who shunned and teased them - shine forth in the novel and although they attribute their final success to God, it is clear that it has a lot to do with their own spiritual impeccability and integrity. On the whole the book is fun, inspiring and it fosters co-operation, love and acceptance. A great choice if you are looking for a bedtime story to read to your kids!" - mvreiyas

"Right from the start the plot was very engaging. She did a nice job of slowly making its way through the story with details and a certain voice that allows the reader to really interact with the characters (who are all round and very nicely developed). Characterization is one of the most important elements of any successful story. I always love it when I leave a story feeling like I know the characters. This story is so nicely written!! Bravo!" - LConner
