Anger Causes Rants and Raves
Are you livid? If you are angry and you want to blast out on someone, then rants and raves are the best way to try to show your anger.
(prHWY.com) November 3, 2012 - Fort Worth, TX -- Are you livid? If you are angry and you want to blast out on someone, then rants and raves are the best way to try to show your anger. You and your friend are angry over an issue and your friend rants on you over and over but currently, his rants and raves are simply useless to you and are of no solution to that particular problem. However, your friend gradually starts feeling enhanced and it looks like he has unloaded his garbage (anger) on to you and others who became a part of the rants and raves. Consequently, you start to realize that you are carrying that extra load on your shoulders and in your head and you have accommodated for more and by the time it ends, you feel worse and feel like saying "I am pissed off". You think that are you able to do anything about the situation?
For most of the people, relationships are important rather than break ups or run away. Same is with my friend, he loves her wife, wants to give her everything, spends on her but he is unsure about how to help without possible rants and raves. Others are opposite and they do not like to invest their time, even leisure and money in such relationships. They have their anger and ego upfront and prevaricate in some sort of situations. It is your anger, which you need to control in order to stay away from rants. Do not speak too much. Nevertheless, lower your voice while talking to anyone, as it is an act of great affection. The person listening to you will never make you angry, because of your calmness. If you are angry and things are not going your way, rants and rave are not the solution try to cool down yourself and chill out. Get busy with other stuff on social networking, watch funny videos and try thinking about your belongings. If you do not get well along with a particular individual, and he/she has done something to make you angry, then become the better person, even if that person is at fault. What would be good in ranting and raving? You will end up looking like the bad person in the argument. Remember that no one likes to associate themselves with an angry person. While your friends may put up with your uncontrolled emotions, remember that if you are in your professional life, when you have to work under someone, or work with someone as part of a team, then this will not be tolerable, at all. Even if you are heading a team, they will not take nicely to your rants and raves, and they will complain about you to someone more senior level than you. Sometimes, anger cannot just destroy relationships, it can destroy personal lives.
You should try going to a therapist who can help you control your anger management issues. This will be particularly helpful for those, who have found that nothing else works. Perhaps some professional advice is needed.
