www.GAORFID.com) is offering its ultra high frequency Gen 2 RFID reader which is designed for desktop applications. The compact RFID reader is compliant with ISO18000-6C (EPC C1G2) and ISO18000-6B standards and can be commonly used in many RFID application systems such as logistics, access control, attendance system, anti-counterfeit and industrial production process control systems.
This long range Gen 2 RFID reader, model 236029, provides an effective read distance of up to 50 cm with a built-in antenna. It features a fast response time and accurately collects tag data even under harsh environments. The desktop RFID reader communicates with a computer through optional RJ45 (TCP/IP) and RS232 interfaces and its RF power output is adjustable from 0 dbm to 30 dbm. The reader is encapsulated within a water and dust resistant ABS case allowing for robust operation.
This UHF Gen 2 desktop RFID reader belongs to GAO's family of Gen 2 EPC (UHF) RFID Readers.
