Nissan's partnership with Sports Illustrated included a "Model vs. Model" comparison and a "Model Search" competition
(prHWY.com) April 18, 2011 - Libertyville, IL -- Many Chicago Nissan owners like that Nissan has partnered with Sports Illustrated for its 2011 Swimsuit issue. Nissan ran a series of videos for their "Model vs. Model" comparison in which a human model in a bikini was compared to the Nissan Juke. Nissan said that the "campaign measures all key attributes of both car and lovely lady."
Used cars Libertyville dealer, Liberty Nissan, notes that the key attributes used to compare the model, Amber, with the Nissan Juke were curb appeal, acceleration, aerodynamics, and agility. For curb appeal, Amber's plentiful curvature was compared to the Juke's muscular curvature. For acceleration, Amber's 1.2 horsepower was pitted against the Juke's 188 horsepower. For aerodynamics, Amber's 1.2 drag coefficient was related to the Juke's 0.35 drag coefficient. For agility, Amber's four flexible limbs were measured up to Juke's available torque vectoring AWD. The comparison videos can be viewed online by clicking on the "Model vs. Model" link at the bottom of Sports Illustrated's web page:

Nissan also launched a "Model Search" for a model who will win a spot in next year's 2012 Sport Illustrated swimsuit issue. Each entrant had a video with answers to questions and a photo shoot. Voting ended on March 9th and the winner of the contest, Jessica Perez, was announced on March 10th. This 24-year-old Costa Rican woman triumphed over the other seven models in the competition. Information about the contest and the Nissan Juke can be seen on Sports Illustrated's website.
Used cars Libertyville dealer, Liberty Nissan, would like to invite Chicago Nissan buyers to visit their dealership to see all the great attributes of the Nissan Juke in person.
