The Toyota division of Toyota Motors reported an even higher sales increase throughout the month of February, reporting an increase of more than 48 percent over February 2010. Within the Toyota division alone, total sales came to 128,032 units during the month of February 2011, resulting in an increase in sales of 48.5 percent over February 2010. In the passenger car category, the Toyota Camry, Toyota Camry Hybrid and the Toyota Corolla were the best sellers. In the light truck category, the Toyota RAV4 was the highest seller during February 2011, followed by the Toyota Highlander and Toyota Highlander Hybrid.
