After weeks of grueling preparation and six days of intense trial work, 16 Sedgwick lawyers graduated from the Trial Academy in April. Representing parties to an arson-insurance fraud action, the trial attorneys zealously represented their clients through in limine motions, voir dire, jury selection, opening statements, witness preparation, cross- and direct examinations, and closing statements. Working 20-hour days, the trial attorneys demonstrated the drive, passion and expertise for which Sedgwick has long been known.
