Business Owner Bruce T. Meller Supports His Community

(prHWY.com) December 25, 2012 - Decatur, GA -- Bruce T. Meller believes it is the responsibility of the privileged to help care for others in their community who cannot always care for themselves. There are a lot of noble charities and organizations seeking donations or volunteers to help further their cause. Even though Bruce T. Meller has been a hard working professional for over 30 years, he has always made time to help his community.

In the past, Bruce T. Meller was proud to serve as a board member for two very important groups. He served on both the boards for CURE and GOAL. CURE is an organization that helps children who suffer from childhood cancer and leukemia. The group supports the families and raises money for research. GOAL is an organization that helps young women develops life management skills.

While Bruce T. Meller no longer serves on these boards, he has found other organizations to get involved in. Two charity groups that Bruce T. Meller volunteers for are Furkids and SmallDog Rescue. Furkids is a no-kill shelter that takes in homeless cats, while SmallDog Rescue takes in homeless dogs or dogs that are at risk of being put down because they have not been adopted through the Humane Society.

Bruce T. Meller is also a strong supporter both personally and through his company for Rebuilding Together Atlanta. "As the owner of a remodeling company it only made sense that I and my company would support an organization that completes remodeling projects for the elderly of Atlanta," says Bruce T. Meller. Bruce T. Meller and Home Forge Remodeling support Rebuilding Together Atlanta through material donations for the organization.

"Home Forge Remodeling has also supported other organizations in Atlanta," says founder Bruce T. Meller. The other organizations they have supported include Junior League of Atlanta, Paideia School in Atlanta, and Decatur City Dance. Bruce T. Meller is proud to use his company to give back the community that has provided him business. Whether he gives back through his personal time or through monetary donations provided by him or his company, Bruce T. Meller is a strong believer that helping community is important.
